The Sky Crawlers: Innocent Aces Heading to Europe

Namco Bandai today announced through a press release that the game based on the popular anime film and novels The Sky Crawlers will be heading to Europe next year.  The game is currently set for release in February 2010 for PAL regions.  The cut scenes, as was the case with the movie are being produced by Production I.G. who have worked on a number of acclaimed series such as Ghost in the Shell, Blood: the Last Vampire and even last years Nintendo platformer Wario Land: Shake It!

The Sky Crawlers: Innocent Aces uses the Wii’s nunchuk as a flight stick to control intense arcade-style aerial combat.   I’ve put in word with Namco Bandai’s North American publishing arm for information on North America and when I hear back I will update you.
