Guest Review: Kirby’s Return to Dreamland
By Jake Miller
Now, I know what you’re saying, “Tony. You’ve already done a review of Kirby’s Return to Dreamland. Why are you posting another one?” Well, any of you that read my articles or listen to the podcast have heard me tell stories of my children and their video game adventures. When we got in a copy of Kirby’s Return to Dreamland my son Jake tore into it and started playing it immediately. He almost had it finished before I was able to hand the game off to Shelby for review. He told me that he wanted to do a review on the site and I told him that I’d put it up if he wanted to write about it.
He quickly sat down at our kitchen table with a piece of paper and a pencil and wrote the following paragraph:
In this game you find someone with a broken airship. There are five pieces of the ship, and there are five bosses. Each of the bosses has a piece of the ship. There are also small gears inside bubbles. They let you get cool stuff. My favorite thing is Monster Flame, or Ultra Sword. My least favorite things is fighting (the fourth boss). Editor’s Note: I kept out the name of the boss for spoiler reasons.
So there you have it. My son Jake’s first review for Nintendo Okie. He was really excited when I told him I would put it up on the internet, and here it is. Take a minute to let him know what you thought of his review. I’m sure he’ll be excited to get feedback.

I was happy to find this web-site.I wantedyou have a great blog here! would you like to make some invite posts on my blog?
Jake’s review made me realize that I didn’t mention anything about the story in my review. The kid bests me with his first review. I feel worthless now.
Don’t worry, Shelby. Anyone who makes me almost die laughing isn’t worthless in my book.
