Euro News Round-Up

This week was undoubtedly huge for Nintendo fans, with the Nintendo Network and a new 2D Mario game both being announced earlier in the week. More in the present however, we now have a confirmed release date for Pit’s return and the sequel to Balloon Fight on the 3DS Virtual Console now available.

Pit rises in March

Nintendo UK have confirmed this week that the much delayed Kid Icarus Uprising will finally be seeing a release in Europe just under a year after the 3DS originally launched, with a release date set at March 23rd. The game, which sees the return of Pit for the first time since his sequel on the Game Boy, will also be bundled with the new 3DS stand to allow a more comfortable playing experience.
