NES Play Action Football Newest Club Nintendo Reward
Oh, the gridiron. It’s been featured in a number of titles throughout the years. Even Nintendo got into the action at one point publishing NES Play Action Football back in 1990. You can relive that isometric, American football fun for 100 Coins through Club Nintendo. It is the newest digital reward for loyal Nintendo fans and will be available until September 2nd.
I can remember playing this game back in the day and thinking the isometric view was interesting, but was very confusing if you’re used to the horizontal or vertical scrolling of most football games of the era. It did feature digitized voices and sounds, which was unusual for the time.
You must own a Wii and have it connected to the internet in order to redeem your prize. Don’t forget that 3D Classics: ExciteBike is available through the 3DS eShop for 150 Coins right now as well.
