Sony’s Going Back To The Theaters For E3 2015

Everybody knows E3 is changing. All you have to do is take a look at Nintendo to see this. The Best Buy events, the digital events, the tournaments, etc. Nintendo has definitely changed how they do E3 and it worked. However, Nintendo isn’t the only company that’s doing things differently for E3.

Last year, Sony let fans in the US watch their press conference at various movie theaters. Well, it was quite successful for them. As a matter of fact, it was so successful that they’re doing it again and expanding on it. This time the event will be in over 75 movie theaters in every state in the US. This will include Alaska and Hawaii as well as it will be in three cities in Canada.

For those going, they’ll be giving out Playstation prizes and you’ll get to watch an exclusive 30 minute post show event hosted by Geoff Keighly. Tickets will be available for order here on May 27th at 9AM Pacific.
