Bloodstained Stretch Goal Promises Wii U Version

Bloodstained Stretch GoalsWhen the Kickstarter project was originally announced for Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night one platform was curiously missing from the announcement. Wii U was not mentioned. Considering how close the Castlevania franchise and Nintendo have been over the last 20+ years it seemed strange. Now we know there’s a chance for the Wii U to get the game as well.

As of right now the game is sitting at $2.75 million dollars raised. The newest stretch goal that’s been unveiled shows that a Wii U version of the game will be officially announced once the campaign reaches $3 million. They’re not far off and they’ve got 16 days to go.

The Wii U version of the game, should the stretch goal be reached, will be developed by Armature Studios. That studio was formed by the members of Retro Studios that left to create their own development house. Their most recent release was the 3DS and Vita versions of Batman: Arkham Origins.

What we do know is that this stretch goal needs to be met. I would really like to play this game on Wii U.
