It’s time to find out what’s been happening in the world of Nintendo over in Europe this week.
Yoshi’s Woolly World Breaks Into The Top 5 – Yoshi’s Woolly World, which came out last week had a very successful launch weekend and landed itself in the number 4 spot of the UK all formats chart. Pretty Impressive considering everyone’s favourite dino was up against Batman: Arkham Knight and LEGO Jurrasic Park which was released on the 360 this week. Splatoons run in the top 10 finally ended too this week as it fell to number 19 from 8 in the all formats chart.
A New Dragon Ball-Z 3DS Bundle Coming To Europe – Namco Bandai confirmed this week that a Dragon Ball-Z 3DS bundle will be coming to Europe to coincide with the release of Dragon Ball-Z; Extreme Butoden this October.
First off, if you just pre-order the game you’ll be getting some DLC included that will give you early access to 6 additional characters and a free download code for Dragon Ball-Z: Super Butoden 2 which will be the first ever SNES game to appear on the 3DS in the West.
If however you want a new console to go with the game, you’ll be able to pre-order the 3DS bundle in which you get the game pre-installed on a black New Nintendo 3DS, some very nifty looking orange plates and the download code for Super Butoden 2.
It’s really nice to see a special 3DS bundle coming to Europe for a non-AAA release and hopefully it’s a sign that we’ll be getting more in the future!
Bike Rider DX2: Galaxy Finally Coming To Europe – Nearly 2 years after its initial release and 12 months after the US got it, Bike Rider DX2: Galaxy is finally making its way to the European eShop and hopefully this month. If you’ve not seen anything on it, Bike Rider is a platformer where you take control of a little sprite who is surprise, surprise riding a bike through various, treacherous locations. This should be budget priced too so it’ll absolutely be one to look at when it comes out.
