Square Enix, today, announced a new title from Tokyo RPG Factory, the team behind I Am Setsuna. The game is called Lost Sphear and the team promises that it will build on the systems found in their first title. This includes a revamped Active Time Battle (ATB) system.
Not a lot is currently known about the title. From the press release the company sent out this morning:
The adventure of LOST SPHEAR begins in a remote town where a young boy, Kanata, awakens from a devastating dream to find his hometown disappearing. To stop the world from being lost forever, Kanata and his comrades set out to rebuild the world around them with the power of Memory by manifesting thoughts into matter.
The game is set for release in early 2018 for PS4, Switch and Steam. It will be available digitally on all three platforms for $49.99. A physical version of the game is available for pre-order from Square Enix’s online store for both PS4 and Switch. Players who pre-order the physical version from that stie will get two songs from the soundtrack as a gift at launch.
