Bandai Namco today has announced that Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will be making its way to Switch later this year. The game, set to arrive on September 22nd will feature Switch specific functionality. You will be able to performs classic Dragon Ball moves like Kamehameha and Spirit Bomb using the motion controls built into the Joy Con controllers.
Up to six people will be able to play together locally, with additional Switch systems. If you and a friend want to throw down on the go you can play using individual Joy Con controllers as well. There will also be online play available. The company also promises a more in-depth avatar system compared to the previous game in the series.
The game is currently available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The game will be available for Switch at retail and through the eShop on September 22nd.
